Developing Heroic Abilities Every Day
When both mind and body are in motion, learning is enhanced. S.U.P.E.R. Learning Center leads all autistic schools with its proprietary right brain training program, which utilizes physical and cognitive skills training methods combined to help integrate both sides of the brain and all five senses. This results in a larger margin of retention than traditional classroom training methods. Right brain training, through its total mind-body learning experience, is fun and effective for students, helping them make heroic strides in memory, retention, acuity, depth perception, recognition and cognition, as well as socialization.
Studies show that during right brain training, S.U.P.E.R. Learning Center students release serotonin, a known contributor to feelings of well being also known as the "happy hormone." No other autistic school in Ohio offers this training or understands its amazing benefits. Students who feel better tend to learn much better. We also have learned that it is not possible for our students to break down emotionally while they are physically engaged. Our general rule of thumb is to keep students physically engaged so they will not break down emotionally.
When our students are physically active and feeling good, there is no limit to what they can accomplish. As a result, we've logged significant improvements in our students' academic performance since implementing the right brain training program. Some students have shown multi-grade-level improvements in reading comprehension scores in a matter of weeks thanks to our physical cognitive skills training. We've also tracked significant improvements in our students' ability to work together and relate to others. These results set us apart from all other autistic schools.
Physical fitness is a contributing factor to brain fitness. The objective of S.U.P.E.R. Learning Center's right brain, physical cognitive skills training program is to properly prepare our students' brains for maximum fitness and performance. TRAQ 3D TRAZER 2 Simulator
S.U.P.E.R Learning Center is one of only two autistic schools in Northeast Ohio, and the only private school, to offer the TRAQ 3D program. TRAQ 3D's interactive games and sports simulations create a total mind-body experience and unprecedented results. TRAQ 3D uses multi-sensory simulation for kinesthetic learning to develop cognitive functions, working memory, visual acuity, depth perception, recognition and cognition, and programs for math enhancement.
